Key responsibilities will include: · Drafting and maintaining up-to-date legal precedents, templates, and resources · Supporting and delivering training programmes for legal professionals across the firm · Providing insight and updates on key legal developments, helping the wider team stay current and compliant · Collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive consistent standards across practice groups · Encouraging innovation through improved processes, tools, and best practice sharing Candidate Profile · Excellent drafting skills and technical legal knowledge · A confident, proactive approach with outstanding communication skills · The ability to influence and engage colleagues at all levels · A natural interest in legal know-how, systems, and training · Prior experience in a knowledge management or professional support capacity is welcomed, but not essential The Role As a PSL, you will be central to the firm's internal development and knowledge strategy.
