Corporate Commercial Solicitor An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Gloucester. This firm has a strong local reputation and a loyal client base of Owner-Managed Businesses (OMBs) and SMEs across a wide range of sectors. This role is being offered as part of strategic succession planning, with a clear and defined pathway to become Head of Department within 18 months. It's an ideal move for a solicitor who is ambitious, commercially-minded, and ready to take the next step in their career. The Role: You will handle a broad range of corporate and commercial work, including: · Mergers and acquisitions · Shareholder and partnership agreements · Business sales and purchases (deal sizes typically up to £10 million+) · Commercial contracts and terms of business · Corporate governance and company law matters You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients from day one, and play an integral role in the development of the department.
