The Role This is a growth hire for a talented Real Estate Associate (3-5 PQE) to join the firm's expanding team. The work is varied, high-value, and intellectually engaging - from urban regeneration and strategic land projects to complex acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management. You'll be advising on: * Investment and occupational acquisitions and disposals * High-value landlord and tenant matters across office, retail, and logistics sectors * Development and regeneration projects, including site assembly and planning * Strategic land and infrastructure-related real estate issues * Real estate finance and secured lending * Asset management across commercial property portfolios You'll work directly with clients and partners, with genuine opportunity to take ownership of matters and build long-term relationships.
