We are working with a well-established regional law firm in Shropshire that is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their busy and friendly Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality commercial property work for a strong mix of local and regional business clients. The Role You will advise a broad client base, including SMEs, developers, investors, and landowners, on a wide range of commercial property matters. The role provides the chance to work on both straightforward and more complex transactions, with the support of an experienced team. Key Responsibilities Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises Advising on the grant and renewal of leases for landlords and tenants Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, and related agreements Assisting with development projects, including site assembly and planning matters Managing property finance transactions and secured lending work Carrying out title investigations, due diligence, and producing reports on title Building long-term relationships with business clients and referrers About You Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2 years' PQE Solid background in commercial property law Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness Excellent communication and client-handling skills Organised, proactive, and able to manage files independently A team player with a collaborative and professional approach The Firm Offers Competitive salary and benefits Friendly, supportive team culture with genuine work-life balance Hybrid and flexible working options Career development opportunities within a stable and growing department High-quality, varied caseloads from loyal business clients Interested in finding out more?
