Commercial Associate - Manchester A rare opportunity for a commercial solicitor to work with a leading sports and media firm in Manchester. The Role A well established team recognised in the legal directories as a market leader Working with an exceptional client base including sports clubs, agents and agencies, sports persons and player associations Advising on a wide variety of commercial and contractual matters in sport and media to include - Football transactional documentation and associated regulatory work Commercial rights agreements (including sponsorship, image rights, licensing, broadcast and other content exploitation) General commercial contracts and advice (including supply arrangements, terms and conditions, agency, distribution, intellectual property, data etc) Requirements Qualified Solicitor 1-4 PQE Experience advising on commercial law matters Exposure to sports/media matters is desirable but not essential Excellent academics An entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development Benefits Competitive salary Flexible working options Working with a Legal 500 & Chambers ranked firm with some of the highest profile clients in world sport For more information regarding this commercial sports role, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
