Restructuring & Insolvency - Manchester An opportunity for a Solicitor to join this growing restructuring and insolvency team working alongside a highly respected Partner based in Manchester The role Working closely with a Partner on various restructuring projects and corporate insolvency processes across a diverse range of sectors The workload is varied and will involve navigating distressed business situations with funders, overseeing liquidations, managing administrations, and diving into the intricacies of debt restructuring Providing advice and guidance on commercial matters related to restructuring and insolvency Handle a range of both contentious and non-contentious matters Assisting with the training and development of junior team members Advising on reviewable/antecedent transactions Develop and maintain strong client relationships Requirements Qualified Solicitor 1+ PQE Experience in restructuring or insolvency gained in house or in private practice Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills Benefits Working alongside a recognised Partner Excellent career development opportunities within a growing team Flexible working options offered For more information regarding this restructuring and insolvency role, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
