Restructuring & Insolvency Associate - Manchester BCL is working with a leading national commercial firm, recruiting an experienced Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor to join its team in Manchester. About this team / role Working within a team recognised in the legal directories recognised for its depth of experience The Partners in the team are ranked as leading individuals The team provides specialist advice to insolvency practitioners, businesses, individuals, directors, banks and asset-based lenders in both contentious and non-contentious areas of restructuring and insolvency The work also includes advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, litigation funders, borrowers, directors, distressed investors and other relevant organisations and individuals on their rights and obligations in respect of both transactional and contentious work in all areas of corporate and personal insolvency You will handle your own caseload of transactional and / or contentious restructuring & insolvency work Requirements Qualified solicitor with at least 4 PQE experience in restructuring & insolvency Strong technical legal knowledge of the core areas of R&I Good business development and marketing skills Benefits Very competitive salary package Working in a firm with a vibrant and friendly culture Part of a leading restructuring & insolvency team with an excellent culture For more information on this restructuring & insolvency role, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
