Pensions Solicitor - Manchester An opportunity to join the leading Employment and Pensions team of this national law firm has arisen. The role will be based at its offices in Manchester. The Role Working alongside a Partner with over 30 years experience advising in Pensions Law Advising on all aspects of Pensions Law to include scheme mergers, solvent restructuring, buy-ins/buyouts, pension issues on corporate transactions, as well as member complaints and grievances Drafting, interpreting and advising on pension scheme documents Advising pensions legislation Attending client meetings Engaging in business development activities to support department growth Requirements Ideally 2+ PQE experience in Pensions Law but candidates outside of this range with exposure to Pensions Law are also encouraged to apply Excellent client management skills An interest in business development Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid working An opportunity to be part of a growing Pensions team alongside a highly experienced Partner For more information regarding this Pensions role, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
