Regulatory Solicitor - Manchester BCL legal is assisting this Top 100 UK law firm with the recruitment of a NQ-2 solicitor to join its Regulatory team in Manchester. The role Working alongside leading lawyers with extensive experience and recognised in the legal directories Managing an interesting and varied caseload to include; - Providing sector based Regulatory Compliance and linked litigation defence - Assisting with Traffic Commissioner operator licensing and applications, Public Inquiry hearings, Border Force appeals and Commercial Transport related compliance advice - Assisting with preparing for Judicial Review against government departments - Assisting with Lobbying of Government departments and ministers. - Attending meetings with leading counsel. - Data Protection Officer assistance Requirements Qualified E&W Solicitor 0-2 PQE Experience of Regulatory and/or Litigation law would be preferred but is not essential A genuine interest in regulatory law Benefits Working as part of a leading regulatory team Exposure to excellent quality work Competitive salary and benefits package For more information regarding this regulatory role, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
