The Role: - Commercial opportunity with entrepreneurial business - Working as part of a team of recognised commercial lawyers - Client base is impressive, including some of the largest UK and global financial institutions. - Handling general commercial work including complex contractual agreements, general consumer agreements, software licences, services agreements and support on corporate transactions. The Candidate: - Qualified Commercial Solicitor - NQ - 2 PQE (6 month commercial seat at NQ level) - Excellent drafting skills. - Good client skills- ability to develop long standing relationships. - Commercially aware. - Enthusiastic. - Eager to progress.
