Restructuring Associate | Leading International Law Firm | Hybrid Working Available Are you an ambitious contentious restructuring lawyer looking to take the next step in your career? A highly respected international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its well-established Restructuring and Insolvency team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your practice within a dynamic, full-service team that handles complex, high-profile mandates across transactional, advisory and contentious work. The Opportunity Working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will advise an impressive client base. Acting in litigation arising from insolvency processes, including antecedent transactions, wrongful trading, and security enforcement. Handling a varied contentious caseload, including corporate and personal insolvency claims. Briefing counsel, managing experts, and identifying litigation funding solutions. About You Qualified solicitor status (England & Wales or equivalent). 1+ PQE in restructuring and insolvency The ability to build client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
