The Opportunity This role offers the chance to advise on some of the most complex and high-profile technology transactions in the market, spanning artificial intelligence, cloud, automation, blockchain and large-scale outsourcing. The team is particularly well known for its expertise in the financial services sector, acting for both major global financial institutions and disruptive FinTech/RegTech players. Clients also include many of the world's largest technology and IT service providers. As a Senior Associate, you will be trusted with client-facing responsibilities from day one, advising on strategic, business-critical projects and playing a key role in developing long-term client relationships. This is a role that combines cutting-edge legal work with genuine career development opportunities in a forward-thinking and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities As part of this dynamic team, you can expect to be involved in: Advising on a broad range of IT, outsourcing and technology contracts, including those relating to AI systems and services. Providing regulatory advice on technology projects in the financial services sector, particularly in the context of AI deployment. Supporting on the technology aspects of corporate transactions. Participating in business development initiatives, including seminars, training and client briefings. Building and managing strong client relationships at both domestic and international levels. About You We are seeking a talented and ambitious lawyer who can demonstrate: At least 3 years' PQE in technology and outsourcing contracts, gained at a leading national, international, or specialist firm. Solid grounding in commercial and technology law, with knowledge of connected regulations. A keen interest in emerging technologies - AI experience would be an advantage. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Enthusiasm for business development and the ability to nurture client relationships.
