Senior Legal Counsel - Tech

We are supporting a high-growth tech company in its search for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal function. This newly created role offers the chance to act as a key adviser to the business as it continues to scale internationally. The role: As Senior Legal Counsel, you will: · Partner with stakeholders across various business functions to drive outcomes and manage risk. · Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including commercial contracts, SaaS, procurement, and strategic partnerships. · Support product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and cross-border commercial strategies. · Advise on data privacy, AI, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. · Play a pivotal role in building scalable legal processes and playbooks as the team continues to grow. About you: · UK-qualified lawyer with 5-8 years' PQE gained in-house or at a leading law firm. · Strong background in commercial contracts, SaaS/cloud licensing, and data/privacy issues. · Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach. · Experience of supporting international operations and building legal infrastructure in scaling businesses is highly desirable.
