In-House Paralegal

This is an opportunity to step into a visible, hands-on in-house legal role, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting a busy legal team on a broad range of matters. The Role You will join the business as an Interim Paralegal on an initial 6-month assignment, working closely with the EMEA General Counsel. There is scope for the role to be extended and/or become permanent. The role is broad and varied, touching on commercial contracts, governance, compliance and legal operations. You will act as a key point of support for stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, helping to keep legal processes running smoothly while contributing to wider EMEA-wide projects. Key elements of the role include: · Supporting the review and management of commercial contracts across the region · Maintaining and improving contract processes · Assisting with corporate governance and entity compliance requirements · Supporting GDPR, regulatory and compliance initiatives · Providing legal and administrative support on disputes and claims where required About You · You will be an experienced Paralegal, ideally with prior in-house exposure · Comfortable reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts · Some familiarity with GDPR, compliance or governance work would be beneficial · Highly organised, proactive and confident managing your workload in a remote setting Apply now for immediate consideration, or feel free to contact me for a confidential discussion.
