Legal Counsel

This is an opportunity to join a well-established global business with a portfolio of well-known consumer brands on an interim basis, supporting the legal function during a period of change and growth. You'll join a collaborative in-house legal team and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, delivering practical, commercially focused legal support in a fast-paced environment. The Role The business is seeking an Interim Commercial Legal Counsel to support on a broad range of commercial contracting matters. Key responsibilities will include: · Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts · Supporting the business on integration-related legal work · Working directly with commercial and operational teams to deliver pragmatic, risk-based advice · Managing matters independently and prioritising effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is comfortable operating at pace and embedding quickly within the business. About You · You will be a qualified lawyer with 3-5 years PQE · Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is essential · Some experience of supporting with corporate matters would be advantageous · You are confident managing stakeholder relationships and providing clear, commercial advice · You are comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision This is an excellent interim opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys variety, ownership and working closely with the business.
