Senior Legal Counsel

A growing UK financial services organisation is looking for a senior lawyer to join its in-house legal team at an exciting stage of development. The business has experienced strong growth in recent years and continues to expand its product offering and funding activities. Working as part of a small, close-knit legal team, you will support a broad range of transactional and advisory work across the business. The role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders across finance and other key functions, providing pragmatic legal advice and helping to support a variety of strategic projects and commercial initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to operate close to the commercial heart of the organisation, with genuine exposure to senior leadership and the ability to play an active role in shaping how legal supports the wider business. The business offers a genuinely flexible, remote-first working model, alongside a collaborative and down-to-earth culture where lawyers are encouraged to take ownership and make an impact. About you You will be a qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE gained either in private practice or in-house, ideally with exposure to financial services or transactional work. You will enjoy working closely with business stakeholders, be comfortable taking ownership of matters, and be motivated by the opportunity to join a growing organisation where you can make a visible contribution.
