In-House Property Lawyer

Interim / Permanent Property Lawyer (In-House) Battersea, London (Office-Based) | £80,000 An opportunity for an experienced property lawyer to join the in-house legal function of a well-established property investment business. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone wanting to move in-house and be embedded directly within a business, while still being hands-on with deal driven work. The team is looking for someone who can start on an interim basis immediately, with a clear route to the role becoming permanent. The Role · Manage a mixed caseload of commercial and residential property matters (predominantly commercial) · Handle acquisitions, disposals, and ongoing asset management work · Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and transaction documents · Work closely with internal stakeholders across the business (including senior leadership) · Support on title checks, due diligence, and post-completion matters About You · UK-qualified lawyer with 5+ PQE in property law · Strong commercial property experience (resi a bonus) · Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and hit the ground running · Comfortable working on-site, 5 days a week in Battersea The Setup · Office-based: Battersea · Hours: 9:00am - 6:30pm · Start: Immediate (interim), with potential to convert to permanent · Interview process: One stage, in-person · Attractive salary / day rate Apply now for immediate consideration, or call me for a confidential discussion.
