We're working with an innovative organisation seeking a Legal Counsel to join its collaborative legal team. This is a rare opportunity to join a business where you'll be exposed to a broad range of legal and commercial matters from day one. Working closely with an experienced Legal Director, you'll support stakeholders across the organisation whilst gaining exposure to emerging technologies, research projects and strategic commercial initiatives. The Opportunity You will advise on a broad range of legal and commercial matters, including: · Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts across both customer and supplier relationships · Supporting collaborative R&D projects, technology programmes and strategic partnerships · Advising stakeholders on day-to-day legal and commercial issues · Assisting with policy development, compliance initiatives and legal training · Supporting grant-funded programmes and innovation projects · Contributing to wider legal and business improvement initiatives What makes this role particularly attractive is the breadth of exposure on offer.
