Global FMCG Company | Greater London / Hybrid | £70 - 75k + car allowance + bonus Are you a commercial lawyer looking for a role that offers genuine breadth, international exposure and the opportunity to work directly alongside an experienced General Counsel? We're partnering with a growing FMCG business looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel to join its lean and collaborative legal team. This is a rare opportunity to join a business where you'll be exposed to a wide range of legal and commercial matters from day one. Working closely with the General Counsel, you'll support stakeholders across multiple international markets and gain experience well beyond what is typically available at this level. The Opportunity You will advise on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, including: · Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, sales and marketing contracts · Supporting commercial negotiations with internal and external stakeholders · Assisting with corporate projects, governance matters and group structural changes across multiple jurisdictions · Supporting M&A activity, due diligence exercises and strategic business projects · Advising on intellectual property matters, including brand protection and trade mark portfolio management · Contributing to a variety of wider legal and business initiatives as the company continues its international growth journey About You · As a guide, this role would suit a junior commercial lawyer with some PQE · You will likely have trained in private practice and looking to make your first in-house move · Have had hands-on exposure to drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts · Have a desire to learn, take ownership, and get stuck into varied work This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer seeking a broad and intellectually stimulating in-house role within a successful international business with ambitious growth plans.
