South London / Hybrid (2-3 days office) | NQ-3 PQE | £55-70k + bonus + excellent benefits We're working on an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to join the legal team of a highly regarded international engineering consultancy as a Legal Counsel. This is a genuinely broad in-house role offering exposure to a wide range of legal work across the UK and internationally. You will work closely with commercial, project and leadership teams, advising on matters that are often high-value, complex and business critical. The role offers exposure across: · Commercial contracts · Corporate and M&A matters · Construction and infrastructure projects · Technology and software agreements · Intellectual property · Data protection · Dispute resolution This is an environment where junior lawyers are given responsibility from an early stage whilst benefiting from significant support and mentoring.
