Real Estate Solicitor - Portfolio Management

SENIOR REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE THE FIRM - International law firm - National Portfolio Management team which supports the broader National Real Estate group THE ROLE - You will be joining a highly regarded Real Estate team, running your own caseload of more complex matters, particularly allied to public sector clients, utilities and title review focused work - You will be responsible for co-ordinating instructions and workflow on certain client accounts, triaging instructions and delegating work to the most appropriate team member - In addition to fee earning responsibilities, you will also be responsible for supervising more junior fee earners on more simple matters - You may also have some line management responsibilities for Paralegals/Trainee Solicitors THE REQUIREMENTS - The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, ideally with a minimum of 5 years PQE, although candidates with less experience will be considered on their merits - Experience working on landlord and tenant/asset management work is preferred - ideally including technically complex lettings - Supervisory experience would also be advantageous THE BENEFITS - Highly competitive salary - Excellent benefits package and bonus scheme - Impressive development and promotion opportunities - Hybrid and flexible working available for all For more information on this Senior Real Estate Solicitor position in Newcastle, please contact Rozie Hunter at BCL Legal.
