REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR (PUBLIC SECTOR) - 3+ PQE - NEWCASTLE THE FIRM - International firm with highly regarded national Public Sector Real Estate team - Specialists in Regeneration and Development Project work THE ROLE - This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some really high scale Regeneration and Development Projects on behalf of a range of Local Authority and Public Sector clients across the Country - You will be engaged on large scale mixed use developments across the country and you will have the opportunity to work with not only highly skilled real estate specialists, but also colleagues from a range of other disciplines including procurement, subsidy control, tax, construction, planning and real estate litigation - From the get go you will have the opportunity to be client facing and be involved in bidding and securing new work opportunities for the team - The team pride themselves on being on a vast number of Local Authority panels up and down the country, and most recently appointed to the Crown Commercial Services framework for Wider public sector legal services THE REQUIREMENTS - The successful candidate will be an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (ideally with a minimum of 3 years PQE) - You will ideally have experience working with Public Sector clients, or if not, certainly an interest in the sector is essential - Candidates who have previously worked in-house for a Local Authority or Public Sector body are also encouraged to apply THE BENEFITS - Excellent salary and benefits package - Hybrid and flexible working - Full time Partner presence within the office and guaranteed supervison BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
