DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE - SUNDERLAND THE FIRM - Award winning law firm with historical roots in Sunderland - Forward thinking and dynamic leadership team that has achieved successful growth over recent years THE ROLE - The firm are looking to hire an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor/Legal Executive - You will be handling a bust caseload of disputes matters to include contract disputes, landlord and tenant disputes (both commercial and residential), commercial disputes, partnership disputes and contentious probate matters THE REQUIREMENTS - The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in a range of dispute resolution matters - Varied disputes experience is preferred, ideally you will have experience of dispute resolution work in both the High and County Courts including contract disputes, contentious probate, landlord and tenant disputes (both commercial and residential), commercial disputes and partnership dispute - You will ideally also have experience of the resolution of disputes at mediation and/or ADR THE BENEFITS - Flexible/hybrid working - Free parking - 27 days holiday allowance - Discounted legal services and employee high street discounts For more information on this Dispute Resolution Solicitor position in Sunderland please contact Rozie Hunter at BCL Legal.
