About the Role: My client is looking for a motivated Commercial Paralegal to join their highly regarded Commercial Team. As part of a well-established, yet rapidly growing practice, you'll work alongside expert solicitors, offering support in all aspects of commercial law. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in commercial contracts, whether from in-house experience or private practice, to take the next step in their legal career. Key Responsibilities: Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts: This will be your primary responsibility, supporting the team on a range of contracts, from supply agreements to distribution and licensing agreements. Client liaison: Working closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and providing legal advice that helps them achieve those goals. Legal research: Conducting in-depth legal research to support commercial contract matters and the team's broader work. Administrative support: Assisting with document management, maintaining client files, and managing deadlines effectively. The Ideal Candidate: You will be a Paralegal, ideally with experience in commercial contracts, either from an in-house setting or private practice. Ideally, you will have: Strong knowledge of commercial contract law and the ability to apply it in a practical setting. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels. An organised, proactive approach to your work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
