COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - 2-6 PQE A talented Commercial Property Solicitor (4-6 PQE) is required to join a well-established and growing real estate team in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality, complex matters for a broad mix of national and regional clients, alongside a team known for its commercial insight and collaborative approach. THE ROLE You'll be involved in a wide range of commercial property work, including: - Development and regeneration projects - Construction matters - Promotion of strategic land - Sales and acquisitions - Property investment and asset management - Property finance - Residential development, including Build-to-Rent Transactions span office, industrial, retail, leisure, and residential developments, acting for both national and local developers. You will have the opportunity to become involved in navigating complex schemes, including forward funding arrangements and development joint ventures, often working closely with local authorities. You will work side-by-side with clients and to deliver solutions that are not only legally robust, but commercially focused and tailored to their objectives.
