DEBT RECOVERY SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE A leading law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Debt and Asset Recovery Litigation Solicitor to join its busy Newcastle office. The team is known for delivering high-quality legal services to major and innovative clients across the financial services sector. This role is ideally suited to solicitors with 4+ years' PQE seeking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and growing practice area. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of unsecured debt recovery matters, advising financial institution clients and driving cases through litigation, negotiation, and enforcement. The position offers the chance to take on meaningful responsibility from the outset, combining hands-on case management with strategic input. There is also a strong emphasis on mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the continued expansion and success of the team.
