Legal Executive - Property - Dublin BCL Legal have been instructed by a leading top tier domestic law firm who are seeking a conveyancing legal executive to join the team in Dublin. The firms Real Estate Group is renowned nationally and internationally advising across the complete spectrum of property-related matters. The team are looking for a legal executive to join the Residential Sales Team acting for renowned developers in the sale of new houses and apartments. About the role: Preparing booklets of title and ancillary documents for the sale. Liaising with client and agents for all relevant information for the title pack. Drafting contracts and issuing to purchaser solicitors. Addressing queries from purchasers solicitors. Replying to Requisitions on title. Arranging completions and attending at closings. Maintaining tracker of progress on house sales. About you: Legal executive registration experience; ideally with a leading or property orientated law firm IILEX member; Irish Institute of Legal Executives; Experience in dealing with Land Registry dealings; A strong interest and ability in the area; Good organisational skills; Strong interpersonal and communications skills; Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; A high level of accuracy and attention to detail; A positive attitude and be a team player.
