Corporate Knowledge Lawyer, Dublin Our client seeks to recruit a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer within its corporate team. The successful candidate will support the firms' corporate team which advises on some of the world's largest and most complex M&A transactions. This is a non-fee earning role. Your responsibilities will include providing support to a number of solicitors, training colleagues and clients, legal research and marketing and business development to be successful in this Corporate Knowledge Lawyer role. In addition to supporting the corporate team on legal developments the successful candidate will also be the contact for relevant legislative/regulatory developments, template maintenance and knowledge sharing (particularly on developing market trends and best practice in light of legislative changes), as well as assistance with thought leadership initiatives, client briefings and training in M&A. Applications are sought from corporate lawyers with 3+ years' PQE in M&A and listed company matters. Candidate should have experience gained at a comparable firm and must have strong communication and analytical skills. This Corporate Knowledge Lawyer position is offered on a full or part-time basis and travel to the office will be expected potentially once a week, however you will need to be flexible in order to meet business needs.
