The commercial property team at this leading practice are renowned for their work in acquisitions, lettings, development, funding, disposals and property portfolio management. This position is ideally suited to commercial property candidates with a minimum of three years' post qualified experience. The commercial property team undertake high calibre and complex work for a variety of clients including regional development agencies, national house builder clients, national government agencies and property developers. This is a highly successful and well-established firm, highly driven by their property department which is consistently undertaking highly valuable and notable work. The successful commercial property candidate joining this team will undertake a broad range of commercial property work encompassing commercial development, housing work, landlord & tenant work, property finance and property portfolio management. Candidates applying for this position should be able to demonstrate experience broad commercial property experience gained with a recognised practice, strong commercial awareness and enthusiasm for this type of work.
