Banking Senior Associate / Legal Director - Dublin (4 - 7 PQE) BCL have been instructed on a fantastic opportunity for a banking solicitor to join a leading international firm in Dublin. The banking and finance team at this firm are highly regarded in the market and undertake a range of quality work across Banking and Real Estate Finance. In particular this firm is known for its innovative approach to service delivery and is ahead of its competitors when it comes to technology and global reach. You will be advising domestic and international banks and financial institutions on a range of matters including; bilateral and syndicated corporate facilities, REF investment and development facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, consensual workouts and loan portfolio sales and investments.
