The Role You will work closely with a market-leading team on a broad range of corporate matters, with a strong focus on M&A, Energy & Natural Resources, and Technology. The team advises national and international clients, including AIM-listed, FTSE, and Fortune 500 companies, offering exposure to complex and high-value corporate transactions.
