The Role: As a Solicitor in this team, you will work alongside leading Partners on a broad range of complex and high-value matters, including: · Major national and international energy projects · Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), PFIs, and project finance · Construction, engineering, and commercial agreements · Transactions in renewable energy, net zero, infrastructure, and waste sectors · Electricity trading, upstream oil & gas M&A, and conventional renewable projects You'll be advising a diverse client base, including developers, investors, and funders, and will gain strong commercial exposure as well as legal experience. This role offers the chance to develop a deep understanding of both the legal and strategic drivers behind major energy projects.
