Aviation Finance Solicitor (2-4 PQE) | Dublin I'm currently working with one of Ireland's leading law firms, to recruit a Solicitor (2-4 years' PQE) to join their renowned Aviation Finance team, led by a highly respected Partner. My cient will also conisder general finance solicitors who want to specialise in Aviation Finance. Aviation finance is a highly specialised area that deals with big-ticket, cross-border transactions. Moving into this space gives a solicitor the chance to work on complex, high-value deals that are critical to clients' business strategies. About the Team This team advises global financial institutions, aircraft lessors, airlines, and investors on all aspects of aviation finance and leasing transactions. Their work includes cross-border leasing, asset-backed securitisation, portfolio acquisitions, and restructuring within the aviation sector. It's high-profile, fast-moving, and at the cutting edge of international aviation law.
