About the Role This role offers standout exposure to high-quality mandates across a wide range of banking and finance workstreams. The practice acts for both lenders and borrowers, including major domestic and international financial institutions, private credit funds, corporates and sponsors. Key areas of work include: Fund finance structures, including direct lending by private credit funds Leveraged acquisition finance Real estate finance (investment and development) Corporate and structured lending Refinancings and restructurings Enforcement and contingency planning In addition to transactional work, there is ample opportunity to engage in business development initiatives and to contribute to mentoring and supervising more junior team members.
