Public, Regulatory & Investigations Associate - Dublin A leading law firm is seeking to recruit an Associate (1-5 PQE) to join its well-established Public, Regulatory & Investigations team. This role offers the opportunity to work within one of the most highly regarded public law practices in the country. The team is consistently recognised for its depth of expertise across public and administrative law, and its strong client base across public sector bodies, regulators, and organisations operating in regulated sectors. Key Areas of Work · Judicial review and statutory appeals · Regulatory investigations and enforcement · Statutory and non-statutory inquiries · Professional disciplinary proceedings · Freedom of information and data protection · General public and administrative law matters The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad mix of litigation, advisory, and investigatory work. The role involves advising on the interpretation and implementation of legislation, managing complex contentious matters, and working directly with clients on high-profile and often sensitive issues. Candidate Profile · Qualified solicitor with 1-5 years' post-qualification experience · Experience in public law, regulatory law, litigation, or related areas · Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills · Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team About the Team The team is led by a senior practitioner recognised as a leader in the field of public and regulatory law.
