The Role: You will work closely with a team known for its collaborative culture and commercial approach, advising on a full spectrum of banking and finance matters, including: Corporate lending and acquisition finance Real estate and development finance Project finance Debt restructuring and refinancing Advising banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, and corporate borrowers You'll be given the autonomy to manage your own files and client relationships, while also playing a key role in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives.
