Banking & Finance Solicitor - Belfast A leading international law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Solicitor to join its expanding team in Belfast. The Belfast team plays a central role in delivering first-class advice in areas such as real estate finance, securitisation, energy finance, and leveraged finance. The Role As part of the Banking & Finance team, you will: · Work on a broad spectrum of financing transactions, drafting key corporate and security documentation, and managing conditions precedent. · Review and negotiate finance documents, including bilateral agreements, trade finance documents, and NDAs. · Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm's global offices to deliver seamless client service. · Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees when required. · Stay current with developments in finance law and apply that knowledge to client work. · Contribute to the team's strong culture of efficiency, compliance, and excellence. About You We are looking for a solicitor who can bring technical ability, enthusiasm, and a commitment to client service. You will ideally have: · Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales or Northern Ireland (candidates from other common law jurisdictions will also be considered, with support to requalify if needed). · 1-3 years' PQE in Banking & Finance law. · A solid understanding of finance transactions and documentation. · Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work directly with clients and colleagues.
