BCL Legal is partnering with a leading commercial law firm in Dublin that's seeking to appoint a Real Estate Associate to join its growing property practice. The Opportunity
You'll be joining a highly regarded real estate team that advises major domestic and international clients across sectors including development, banking, logistics, retail, and technology. The work spans a broad range of commercial property matters, from large-scale acquisitions and disposals to investment, leasing, and financing transactions.
From the outset, you can expect significant client exposure and involvement in complex, cross-border mandates. What You'll Be Doing
· Acting on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including investment, development, and leasing work.
· Supporting large-scale corporate and finance transactions involving real estate assets.
· Working closely with clients to deliver practical, commercially focused advice.
· Collaborating with colleagues across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
· Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
· Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in commercial real estate.
· Confident managing transactions and engaging directly with clients.
· Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
· Commercially astute and proactive in approach.
· Keen to develop your career within a progressive, high-performing team.
