Banking & Finance Solicitor - Belfast BCL Legal is currently working with one of Belfast's leading commercial law firms to recruit an ambitious Banking & Finance Solicitor for their growing finance team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on an exceptionally diverse caseload, including: Corporate lending (including sustainability-linked and ESG-driven facilities) Leveraged and acquisition finance Real estate and development finance Project and energy transition finance Direct lending and syndicated facilities Loan portfolio sales and structured finance You'll join a dynamic, forward-thinking team known for its collaborative culture and technical excellence. Who we're looking for: Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE preferred, though strong candidates outside this range will be considered) Experience in banking or finance law (either in private practice or in-house) Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail A proactive approach, with the drive to learn and progress within a high-performing team Why this role?
