Experienced Residential Conveyancer - Belfast BCL Legal is working with a leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Real Estate department. Role Highlights: · Lead and manage the post-completion team, covering registrations, SDLT returns, lender compliance, and all related tasks. · Allocate cases, monitor workloads, and oversee team performance to ensure deadlines and service standards are met. · Develop and maintain processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and risk management. · Act as the main point of contact for complex post-completion queries and escalations. · Provide training, mentoring, and regular performance reviews for the team. Candidate Profile: · Law degree, with experience in property law preferred. · Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented. · Strong communication and leadership skills. · Enthusiastic about learning and professional development.
