Senior Associate - Asset Management & Investment Funds, Dublin We are currently working with a leading law firm seeking a Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Asset Management and Investment Funds team. The team advises a broad range of clients, including global asset managers, investment firms, and financial institutions, across both regulated and unregulated investment structures. The role involves advising on a wide variety of funds and investment structures, including UCITS, ETFs, private equity, hedge funds, sustainable investments, and digital assets. The Ideal Candidate: Minimum of four years' post-qualification experience in investment funds law, ideally within a top-tier firm or comparable organisation. Strong technical expertise in Irish funds law and regulatory frameworks. Excellent drafting skills with the ability to manage transactions from start to finish.
