Restructuring & Insolvency Associate/Senior Associate, Dublin (2 - 6 PQE) Our client is seeking an ambitious lawyer to join a top-tier Restructuring and Insolvency team renowned for advising on some of the most high-profile and complex corporate recovery matters in the market. The role offers exposure to truly market-leading work across both formal and informal restructurings, insolvency proceedings and special situations. About the Role You will work alongside experienced practitioners, advising a diverse client base that includes companies in financial distress, directors, lenders, insolvency practitioners, investors and creditors. Your work will involve supporting on: * Corporate restructuring and reorganisations * Debt, equity and financial restructuring * Cross-border insolvency matters * Enforcement of security and creditor rights * Directors' duties and debtor advisory * Distressed M&A and other special situations * Schemes of Arrangement and examinerships under Irish law The team's work is multi-dimensional, drawing on expertise across corporate, finance, tax, real estate and litigation. You will be involved in significant, technically complex matters with high commercial impact.
