Commercial Litigation Associate/Senior Associate (2 - 5 PQE) - Dublin BCL Legal is instructed by a premier Irish law firm to recruit an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate/Senior Associate to join its highly regarded disputes practice. This team has an outstanding reputation for handling large-scale, complex disputes and investigations. It regularly appears before the Commercial List of the High Court and is equally strong across alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, expert determination and conciliations. The practice is also widely recognised for its work on major regulatory and enforcement matters. The role offers exposure to heavyweight litigation across a broad range of sectors, including: · Financial services and banking · Life sciences and healthcare · Construction, infrastructure and real estate · Technology and digital platforms · Aviation and transport · Food and agribusiness · Investment and asset management You will work closely with market-leading litigators on high-value, strategically important cases, gaining early responsibility and direct client exposure.
