Commercial Technology - Senior Associate | Dublin | 5+ PQE A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Commercial Technology team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading practice advising on complex, high-value technology and commercial contracting matters for a strong domestic and international client base. The successful candidate will work on a broad and varied caseload, including technology and outsourcing agreements, IP and data-related commercial arrangements, digital transformation projects, and strategic commercial contracts across multiple sectors. You will work closely with clients ranging from high-growth technology companies to established multinational organisations, advising on both transactional and advisory matters. Applications are welcomed from Commercial Technology or Technology & IP solicitors with approximately 5+ years' PQE gained within a top-tier or strong mid-tier law firm in Ireland, the UK, or internationally. Candidates should have strong drafting and negotiation skills, excellent client-facing experience, and the ability to manage complex transactions and mentor junior team members.
