We are partnering with a leading global investment funds practice seeking an Associate in Dublin to join their highly regarded Asset Management and Investment Funds team. What you'll be doing: In this role, you'll have a broad and varied portfolio, including: Advising on the structuring and establishment of Irish-domiciled investment funds. Providing ongoing guidance to funds, management companies and fund service providers. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating fund-related documentation with service providers and clients. Managing matters independently while coordinating with colleagues in Ireland and globally. Building and maintaining client and industry relationships, enhancing your professional profile. Assisting with regulatory developments, client advisories, and thought leadership initiatives. Who we're looking for: We're seeking a qualified lawyer with 3-5 years PQE, ideally with experience in asset management or investment funds. Candidates considering a move from in-house to private practice, or those interested in returning or relocating to Ireland, are very welcome. The ideal candidate will be: A collaborative, team-oriented professional. Strong academically, with excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills. Commercially aware, with a calm and methodical approach to problem solving. Able to grasp regulatory changes quickly and manage new projects effectively.
