Construction Associate (2-4 PQE) | Dublin BCL Legal are working on a role with a top-tier Dublin team that continues to win some of the most high-profile and technically challenging construction and infrastructure mandates in the market. This isn't about churning standard disputes or ticking boxes on transactions. It's about being trusted early, given responsibility, and working on matters that genuinely shape the built environment. You'll be advising a mix of heavyweight international investors, developers, state bodies, and blue-chip corporates across a broad spread of contentious and non-contentious construction work. The pipeline is strong, varied, and importantly, interesting. What sets this apart? · Complex, high-value work - think major infrastructure projects, large-scale commercial developments, and strategically significant state-led initiatives. · Real responsibility - you won't be waiting years to have a voice in matters or direct client exposure. · Balanced practice - a genuine mix of advisory and disputes work, giving you a well-rounded skillset. · Collegiate team culture - high performance without the ego; ambitious but grounded. Recent work has included: · Acting in large-scale, multi-party Commercial Court proceedings involving significant construction-related claims. · Advising on flagship transport-linked development projects with major engineering and delivery considerations. · Supporting on nationally significant infrastructure programmes with long-term economic impact. The ideal profile: · 2-4 years' PQE with solid construction experience (contentious, non-contentious, or a mix). Those with more experience will also be considered. · Comfortable handling responsibility and keen to step up. · Commercially aware, technically strong, and someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
