Tax Associate, Dublin

Tax Associate or Senior Associate (2-5 PQE) | Dublin BCL Legal are working on an opportunity with a leading tax team that continues to advise on some of the most sophisticated and high-value matters in the Irish market. You'll be working closely with corporate, finance and disputes teams on a broad mix of advisory and contentious work, with exposure to international structuring, large-scale transactions and high-stakes tax controversy matters. The work includes: · Advising multinational groups, financial institutions and high-growth businesses on corporate tax structuring and strategic transactions. · Supporting on high level finance deals including securitisation and other structured products. · Handling tax aspects of IP structuring and cross-border reorganisations. · Acting on complex tax disputes and advisory matters with significant commercial impact. The team: This is a high-performing but approachable group; technically excellent, well-regarded in the market, and known for giving associates meaningful responsibility. About you: · Ideally 2-5 years' PQE in tax (law firm or Big 4 background considered). · Strong technical grounding with an interest in complex, international work. · Commercially minded and keen to be closely involved in transactions and client strategy. · Looking to step into a role where you can accelerate your development.
