Associate - Health & Social Care Law Location: Dublin (Hybrid) BCL Legal are working with a prestigious Irish law firm that is looking to appoint an ambitious Associate to their award-winning Health Services team. The Role Working alongside some of the most respected partners in the field, you will engage in a mix of high-stakes advisory work and daily advocacy. Key responsibilities include: Handling complex files from inception to completion, including strategy development and drafting detailed pleadings and legal correspondence. Representing clients in the District Court on a daily basis and attending various hearings and negotiations. Providing expert guidance to public bodies on legislative interpretation and their statutory responsibilities. Reviewing intricate medical, social work, and professional records to assess the merits of a case. Requirements You must be a qualified Solicitor in Ireland. Ideally, you will have at least 1 year of PQE in a relevant practice area, with a demonstrable interest in healthcare or child protection law. Proven experience in a courtroom setting, with the ability to present cases calmly and logically.
