Investment Funds Associate | 3-5 PQE | Dublin (Hybrid) The Opportunity A premier international law firm is looking to expand its Investment Funds practice in Dublin. While the firm is globally recognised for its offshore heritage, its Irish office operates as a top-tier domestic practice, advising on a high volume of sophisticated fund structures. This role offers the chance to move away from the traditional domestic partnership model and into a global firm structure that emphasises cross-border collaboration and high-level technical work. The Work You will join a dedicated team of specialists focusing on the full lifecycle of investment vehicles. Asset Classes: Exposure to diverse sectors including private equity, real estate, credit, and ESG-focused funds. Regulatory Advice: Navigating Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) requirements and providing guidance on AIFMD and SFDR. Global Integration: Regularly collaborating with the firm's offices globally on multi-jurisdictional projects. The Candidate The firm is seeking a technically proficient lawyer who is ready to take on client responsibility. Experience: 3-5 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) within a recognised Funds or Financial Services group in Ireland or the UK. Skillset: A strong grasp of the Irish regulatory environment and experience drafting complex fund documentation. Attributes: Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams for international institutional clients. Key Benefits A competitive salary package that sits at the top end of the Dublin market. A clear, merit-based progression path with structured training for the mid-level associate tier. A professional, streamlined environment with a hybrid working policy designed to support genuine flexibility.
