Tax Associate (3-5 PQE) | International Firm | Dublin The Opportunity We are currently instructed by a leading International Law Firm to find a Tax Associate for their expanding Dublin practice. This isn't a siloed role within a massive department; instead, you will work directly with a highly regarded Lead Partner, playing a foundational role in a team known for its entrepreneurial spirit and sector-specialist approach. The Work You will be involved in high-stakes, end-to-end tax strategy and advisory work, including: M&A & Corporate Transactions: Structuring complex domestic and international deals. Advising high-growth companies and VC funds within the technology and life sciences sectors. Providing strategic advice on large-scale property developments and investments. Assisting clients with the management and optimisation of intellectual property assets. The Ideal Candidate Experience: 3-5 years PQE within a reputable Tax practice (Legal or Big 4 background considered). Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor; CTA/AITI qualification (completed or in progress) is highly desirable.
